MANDATE
A
center of professional, technological, and advanced education in agriculture,
fisheries, forestry, industrial technologies, teacher education, and arts and
sciences; and shall promote research, extension and professional leadership in
its fields of specialization.

The
Laguna State Polytechnic College, San Pablo City Campus, shall provide the
students with industrial technology
and teacher education programs to make them globally competitive graduates who
will be productive members of a dynamic and vibrant Philippine society and
potential contributors to the development of the World economy.
GOALS
In pursuit of the above mission, the following goals shall be pursued :
